Brooklyn began her real estate career knowing she wanted handle a wide variety of real estate genres. There was a clear lack of agents locally who specialize in land, cannabis, and timber sales. After only one year Brooklyn was able to become the top agent at her brokerage, and remained a top agent. In 2021she transitioned to a new brokerage TOP PROPERTIES to cover more of Trinity County.

     Brooklyn dove into cannabis sales at a time when permitting and regulations were new, so there was no choice but to learn the process in multiple counties. She now has a well chosen team of lenders, consultants, attorneys, biologists, and CPA's to help large scale transactions go down smoothly. This experience ensures that problems are solved and properties and permits are thoroughly checked over before passing them on. The level of attention, ability to navigate the cannabis world, and hard work have set her apart from other agents. Through her work in cannabis abatement, Brooklyn created a consulting company called Copperhead Consulting, Inc. that specializes in Timber management, cleaning up properties that have been harmed, and handling of abatements and fines for clientele. She is equally involved in this work which helps to clean up properties across multiple counties, while solving environmental issues.

    Brooklyn is also a professional photographer, wine maker, horse trainer, and has a great love for ranching. She now resides between Trinity county and the north coast of Humboldt.
